Credit Score​
Your credit is one of the factors. We don't require a perfect credit score but we do need a good credit score. We also review the items on your credit report and any negative factors. We are more concerned about your situation but certain negative factors may cause a denial. This would be any recent bankruptcy, foreclosure, short sale, liens, or judgements.

Cash Required​

We fund up to 90% of the purchase price and 100% of the rehab. You will need at least a 10% down payment, closing cost and cash to get the rehab started.
